The public reference centre for cancer in Mauritania. Founded in 2008, it has offered since 2010 and has a nuclear medicine department. Treatment is free for people in need.

The Ithar association's clinic, opened by the Minister of Health on 17 April 2026. It has an imaging unit (, , CT scan, X-ray) and offers cervical cancer screening.
An association that helps people with cancer, founded in 2021 and a member of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC). The only association with an office at the CNO. In 2024, it helped 1,132 new patients: medicines, tests, transport, meals.
